Always dare to dream…
Now that NSI, the National Schools Individual Chess Championship is over, it’s time for NSG, also known as the National School Games.
The National School Games (NSG) is the largest annual inter-school competition in Singapore organised by schools for schools. The NSG offers more than 400 championship titles, for more than 55,000 student athletes across all schools (primary, secondary, junior college and centralized institution) in Singapore.
As we get ready to watch in awe at the excellence of our young local athletes, various school teams, including our school’s, have been ramping up their training schedules. The only most important sports tournament would be the NSG and they have gone through the thick and the thin to testify themselves in NSG.
NSG will be a very important event and we shall cheer on for our school team, we hope that our young and promising will understand that winning is not the most important, rather it is the effort that is put into training and the core values of a sportsman, like sportsmanship, hardworking and courage etc. However, JIAYOUS RV!!!
Anyways, an announcement that I would like to make is that Da Good Writer, is officially going to provide coverage for SOME (I will try to include most) of the games that have RV playing in it so that y’all will be able to access the results more easily. There may also be interviews conducted by me but not confirmed yet.
All if you reading this post can PM me for any special requests for any specific game results y’all want but in the end we are catering to not a very big audience so y’all should be getting your requests approved if you do even have a special request.
Currently, most sports are still in its preliminary stage so there may be lack in coverage but I will try my best to work with what I have. Finally, good luck to all RVians who will/are playing in the NSG!!
